Somehow the fuzzyness didn't stop it from looking smooth at all. Also I think all the colourwork I've been doing recently has helped me a lot with the tension. Most of the time I get quite an even result, which is good, because the sweater I actually wanted to knit for myself is also with colourwork ;-)Corinnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10837817690239541173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8207181175794045491.post-55160579491085003302015-09-18T17:22:36.589+02:002015-09-18T17:22:36.589+02:00This is just a perfect bit of knitting. I can see why you'd get bored knitting the plain body and sleeves, but the impact of that yoke totally makes up for it. And he's adorable in it!Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11488626150901992145noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8207181175794045491.post-77699766205796895262015-09-16T15:26:42.344+02:002015-09-16T15:26:42.344+02:00thank you Alina! It was slightly short in the sleeves and the body but with blocking it should be long enough for the coming winter, unless he really starts growing like mad.Corinnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10837817690239541173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8207181175794045491.post-22143094327296321382015-09-16T15:23:46.989+02:002015-09-16T15:23:46.989+02:00It is an absolutely stunning FO! I found knitting with three colours and with a fuzzy yarn a bit of a challenge sometimes.

Corinnehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10837817690239541173noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8207181175794045491.post-20548272244124200342015-09-16T12:42:54.525+02:002015-09-16T12:42:54.525+02:00What a fantastic result! I hadn't considered using Line Weight before but I sure will now.

I'm thinking about knitting myself a stranded yoke of some kind this autumn too - so many beautiful ones out there inspiring me - your son's here now among them.Sel and Poivrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05675373771037014713noreply@blogger.com
